Returns for Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, let us know within 30 days of receiving it. Please include a description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the item and the packing slip. Once we confirm the issue, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Returns for Size or Preference Changes

Since all of our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size issues or personal preferences. Please review our size guide carefully before making your purchase to ensure you select the right size.

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

• Incorrect Address: If the shipping address you provided is incomplete or incorrect, the package will be returned to us. We’ll reach out to confirm the correct address and arrange for reshipping. Any additional shipping costs will be your responsibility.
• Unclaimed Packages: If a package isn’t claimed and is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping. Any additional shipping costs will be your responsibility.
